Job Description

Epsilon is seeking an Associate Technology Services Specialist to join the Procurement and Fulfillment team and will participate in Epsilon's New Grad Program. The Associate Technology Services Specialist assists with offloading procurement and administrative responsibilities from the Engineering and Technology teams of Epsilon. This role will work on coordinating and streamlining the procurement process across multiple teams, ensuring procurement requests are handled in a timely manner. The Associate Technology Services Specialist allows visibility into stakeholder requests while keeping stakeholders accountable to finance and accounting practices. The Associate Technology Services Specialist also supports maintaining other administrative responsibilities for the Technology department.

As a participant in the New Grad Program , you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career with Epsilon. The year-long program includes an 8-week training curriculum (both professional & job specific training), a formal mentoring partnership, various networking opportunities (speed networking events, leader meet & greets, group lunches and social events), and long-term career guidance.

Responsibilities May Include (All or Some) Tasks Below:

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks of the procurement department such as creating purchase requisitions, following up with stakeholders, credit card transactions, etc.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to maintain monthly allocations and tracking sheets
  • Support the budgeting process utilizing various accounting software programs
  • Assist with monitoring purchasing trends of the Epsilon Technology department
  • Work cross functionally with various finance teams, requesters, and vendors throughout the purchase order process
  • Assist with tracking current and future work through a ticket system that is reviewed daily with the procurement team
  • Support the standard procurement procedures set by management
  • Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of professional work experience
  • Bachelor's degree with a business concentration preferred
  • Desire to learn and work with new technologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent listening & communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in a team & build effective relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Self-starter, with strong initiative
