We're seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time Data & Analytics Manager
within our Washington, DC office.
Reporting directly to the SVP, Media & Analytics, the Data & Analytics Manager
will serve as support to the SVP and other employees/departments to advance
the departmental efforts to track and report appropriate information in order
to properly evaluate the effectiveness of REQ's services.

Responsibilities:
Analytics & Strategy
Act as a leader with clients and work with them to develop appropriate
scopes of work and to oversee seamless delivery to budget, time and
expectations
Develop, lead and implement analytics projects as derived from client
business questions, inclusive of research design, technical
implementation, and final delivery consistent with REQ and client
standards
Execute analytics tactics such as analytics audits, advanced tagging and
tracking set up, and detailed quality assurance checks
Assist with campaign tagging and tracking implementation as well as
ongoing management and maintenance leveraging Google Tag Manager, Google
Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms
Assist in developing insights relating to the customer and attribution
modeling
Reporting & Data Visualization
Work with internal stakeholders to understand data sources, processes and
KPIs, and build dashboard and tools to help teams effectively track these
measures
Help identify KPIs and calculate metrics, including CPM, CPC, CPE, CPA,
ROI, etc.
Analyze complex data sets and transform raw data into actionable insights
that ensure marketing efforts are effectively driving awareness,
conversion, growth and revenue
Identify, measure and track customer acquisition cost and ROI utilizing a
variety of methods, including performing match backs
Utilize warehousing, ETL and visualization tools, such as Google Data
Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, Domo, etc., to build and maintain efficient and
scalable processes
Guide in the creation of effective data visualizations (e.g. Tableau
dashboards, PowerPoint and chart templates, interactive charts,
infographics, etc.)
Team Leadership
Coach and lead more junior staff; coordinate contractors and vendors as
required
Be a forward thinker and innovator; discover new opportunities, and stay
informed on the marketing and communications analytics industry, including
new technologies, methodologies, and key players
Assist in the new business process – inclusive of thought leadership, and
identifying & developing opportunities with current and potential clients
Self-manage deliverables, timelines, and project statuses and report any
issues to senior management
Support and build on Analytics best practice guidelines
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or any other
appropriate discipline, or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant, professional work experience plus experience
managing a team.
Experience working with data from digital marketing platforms such as
Google Ads, Facebook, Salesforce, etc.
Comprehensive experience and understanding of Excel
Demonstrated employee development and performance management skills
Demonstrated ability to take lead on projects and derive insights from
data
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills - Ability to
effectively communicate complex analytics concepts to those outside the
industry/department
Proficiency using at least one major BI Tool (Dataroma preferred)
Proficiency using tag management solutions such as GTM, DTM, Tealium,
Signal Tag, etc.
Proficiency with Google Analytics
Proficiency with G Suite and Google Marketing Platform products (Google
Data Studio, Google Sheets, etc.)
Proficiency with ETL, SQL, and database management (Google Big Query
and/or Funnel.io)
Experience with Multi-channel attribution reporting (LeadsRX, Rockerbox,
etc.)
Experience navigating digital advertising platforms and their roles in the
digital marketing media mix
Desire to continually learn and create a transfer of knowledge with
internal stakeholders
