The Role: The VP of Sales is a key member of the senior leadership team who will oversee the Sales and Marketing department. This role will help define and develop the service offerings that our growing organization provides to our clients to drive world-class marketing results. The purpose of the VP of Sales role is to consistently achieve our revenue growth targets by bringing in the right clients and strategically growing them with the right sales and marketing strategies and processes. Reporting to the CEO, this member will develop a strategic vision that delivers a consistent, excellent experience to our clients in the most efficient way possible.

As VP of Sales, you will receive:

  • As VP of Sales, you will

  • Manage the sales and marketing teams and maintain those operations
  • Outline and manage sales and marketing budgets
  • Approve and build all contracts that we close
  • Assist in setting the quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Empower and excite the sales teams to achieve their goals
  • Monitor the market and competitor products and activities to stay on the cutting edge of what's happening in our industry
  • Be knowledgeable and intimately involved with the creation of our sales forecasting
  • Be fully apprised of our existing client base and how we strategically grow our top accounts and potential top accounts
  • Be an active member of the executive team supporting in the day-to-day activities of the business alongside the other members of the executive team
  • Support and contribute in our executive team meeting cadence weekly, quarterly and annually
  • Dial in our CRMs and fully leverage our tech stack to create efficiencies and accurate reporting
  • Work with the CFO and COS to ensure we have accurate S&M reporting feeding back into the Executive Team
  • What you need to be VP of Sales:

  • 4+ years of experience building out an outbound sales strategy successfully- must have had a direct role in building this out and executing it
  • Proven and consistent track record of leading a high performing sales team that hit their quota for consecutive quarters
  • Experience implementing strategies to strategically grow existing accounts over time
  • Salesforce experience
  • Understanding of and management of a budget/P&L
  • Preferred but not required: HubSpot experience; experience in leading the marketing function of a business; service-based industry experience; experience in managing partner relationships
  • Bonus: digital marketing agency experience
