About the Role:

The Publisher Services team is responsible for ensuring the quality of publishers looking to join CORE Private Exchange as well as supporting publisher growth by communicating new solutions and earning opportunities. This team manages all Epsilon house accounts, providing high quality support primarily via email.

The Publisher Services Representative, Team Lead will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of Publisher Services Representatives while overseeing various project initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for effectively managing a team of 1-3 Publisher Services Reps
  • Accountable for aspects of team oversight, including onboarding, training and performance
  • Assist and oversee the process of the publisher application process, publisher support emails and the completion of additional projects
  • Collaborate with other teams in the media organization to ensure current processes and procedures are up to date
  • Monitor and track progress against benchmarks for success including publisher support, new solution rollouts and additional communication pertinent to publisher growth
  • Establish efficiencies to improve current processes to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of online work (DPS/SSP/Direct Publisher) experience
  • Experience holding leadership role over team
  • Preferred college educated or demonstrated experience in a similar business environment
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of the internet and its commercial benefits
  • Strong analytical, sales and written skills
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills
  • Effective client management skills with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to show problem solving skills
  • Advanced computer skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet)
  • Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels
  • Excellent planning and organization discipline
  • Results /goal oriented
