Job Description

The Team Lead, Media Development is responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of Media Development Representatives. This position oversees the management and growth of publishers and SSPs (supply side platforms), including proactively identifying and developing new revenue opportunities with these partners. This position collaborates with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams on industry trends, product development, and product adoption with publishers and SSPs. A successful Team Lead, Media Development has a sense of urgency, solid supervisory skills, experience upselling new products to partners and is a creative problem solver.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for effectively managing and coaching a team of 1-4 Media Development Representatives
  • Accountable for all aspects of team oversight, including onboarding, training, and performance
  • Oversee the progress of all managed publishers and SSP partners to ensure successful partnerships and product adoption
  • Provide outstanding account management to assigned publisher and SSP partners to maximize their success with Epsilon
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to develop solutions that will enhance our operational efficiency and improve publisher and exchange partnerships
  • Requirements

  • +4 years of online work (DSP/SSP/Direct Publisher) experience
  • Experience successfully managing a team
  • Preferred higher educated (media/computer science) or demonstrated experience in a similar business environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively with Product and Engineering teams
  • Strong analytical, sales and written skills
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills
  • Effective client management skills with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to show problem solving skills
  • Advanced computer skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet)
  • Experience with HTML, SQL and JavaScript is preferred
  • Results /goal oriented
  • Salary Range: $ 76,000 - $95,000
