Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business
challenges related to our product offering.
Lead product overview and hand-on demonstrations and user facing training
and capability deep dive sessions.
Create user onboarding and educational processes that align with existing
product support and client service workflows
Evangelize our clean room product offering and be able to executives about
it's differentiated competencies, as well as to engineering and data
scientists about feature and product capability requirements
Support the sales process by assessing sellers and solutions consultants
on the best way to present our product offering/demonstrations that
maximize impact for potential buyers
Create, or assist with creation of product documentation, FAQs, best
practices, and other knowledge base content
Hold user feedback sessions in the context of new product development
activities across design, workflow, user experience, and pain-
points/product friction.
Provide consultation to key customer data science teams and user
communities on best practices for product configuration and solution
design for specific use cases
Maintain a backlog of future development requirements based on user
feedback, market dynamics, and strategic growth areas.
Collaborate with other product teams for strategic initiatives and for
efforts that span multiple products
Develop rapport and relationship of trust with key client personnel
ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership
Align stakeholders, resources, and milestones towards successful delivery
of product enhancements and releases
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred in quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics,
Economics, Mathematic, Computer Science, Data Sciences, or requisite work
experience.
7+ years of relevant professional experience in the data analytics,
modeling/ML, data science space
Proven experience driving a product, business, or marketing strategy
through the application and/or management of advanced statistical
techniques and data driven solutions
Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with
experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Great at developing relationships across diverse teams (including
statistical, technical, and marketing resources)
Ability to display data visually, creating powerful presentations which
effectively demonstrate the value of our offering and deliverables
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and marketing analytics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative
Hands-on experience with the following analytic methodologies, tools, and
ecosystems:
Statistical modeling, data mining, and advanced segmentation using large marketing databases (e.g., Oracle, Netezza, Hadoop etc.)
Experience with CDPs (Customer Demand Platforms) and data driven marketing approaches
Core analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, R, Python
Working knowledge of Databricks
Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Advanced level user of Microsoft tools: Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable Qualifications:
Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative discipline
Media insights, activation, and measurement experience a plus
