Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Build new product features and feature enhancements. Contribute to ongoing application maintenance and operations. Design, create, maintain and optimize a modern web application platform for user interaction, data visualization and workflow management. Work across product, engineering, QA and operations teams. Collaborate with product and engineering teams and deliver robust cloud-based solutions. Review code of other team members and provide constructive direction.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in a related occupation.
Experience must include one year in the following:
1. Web application development utilizing Java or JavaScript/TypeScript
2. Javascript frameworks: Angular2, React, and Vue.js
3. Relational Database: SQL
4. Version Control Systems: Git, TFS, and SVN
5. Scrum Methodology
6. Mobile Application Development: Java, C#, and .NET
7. RESTful API
8. Object-oriented programming
