In this role, you'll drive success for our clients by creating and executing social media strategies across multiple accounts and optimising performance. We'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about social media and eager to showcase your creativity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CONTENT STRATEGY & CREATION
  • Develop tailored organic social media strategies, including goal-setting and KPIs.
  • Create engaging and relevant social media content to connect with the audience.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest content & social media trends.
  • Schedule and publish social media posts across various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and timing.
  • Create visually appealing graphics using design software and editing tools such as Canva.
  • Ensure all social media content aligns with each client's brand identity, voice, and guidelines.
  • Experiment with new content formats, techniques, and trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Pay close attention to detail for accurate and consistent content creation and posting at the highest quality.
  • PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS
  • Monitor and analyse social media campaign performance.
  • Understand audiences to improve content strategies and boost client results.
  • Generate performance reports for each client, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.
  • COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
  • Evaluate competitors' social media strategies, content effectiveness, and audience insights.
  • Monitor industry competition, including product launches and campaigns, and adjust client strategies accordingly.
  • Benchmark client performance against industry leaders and clients' competitors to set achievable goals and adapt strategies to stay competitive
  • CONTINUOUSLY ENHANCE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
  • Share industry insights and best practices with the team and clients; foster a culture of learning through team knowledge-sharing.
  • Attend industry webinars and workshops to stay updated on social media trends and subscribe to industry publications, blogs, and newsletters for the latest insights.
  • Adapt strategies to social media algorithm changes for optimal engagement and test new social media tools for client campaigns.

  • Have a good general understanding of digital marketing as a whole.
  • Have a keen eye for design and understand what visually appeals to the audience.
  • Demonstrate a track record in creative marketing for various businesses.
  • Be knowledgeable about recent AI developments relevant to digital marketing.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills for collaborating across the business.
