Job Description


Senior Vice President, CPG be responsible for developing and leading the CPG vertical vision, strategy, plan, and processes that will drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives. Identifies and evaluates new markets, partners, channels, and customers.

This role will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will have direct responsibility for leading a sales team across multiple verticals, directing a partner team supporting multiple channels, and driving new logos into the enterprise.


  • In conjunction with the Chief Revenue Officer, will design and implement a strategic sales plan,
  • Drive execution of the strategic sales plan through the organization, ensuring sales goals are achieved.
  • To maintain and develop productive relationships with potential clients. Drive a team to close new logo business.
  • Is directly responsible for the achievement of profit and sales objectives for new logos while providing direction, management, and development of various existing and new staff.
  • Will continually review, analyze, and adjust team processes and procedures related to the attainment of new logos to ensure success.
  • Lead, train, and coach the employees of the Retail sales organization and ensure that they completely understand the unique value of Epsilon Solutions.
  • To identify new market segments and assess operational problems or issues to stay ahead in the competitive market.
  • Utilization of sales tools to drive lead generation, sales pipeline, and metrics for success to drive new business revenue.

  • A leader who excels at inspiring, leading, coaching, and mentoring a diverse team that is talented, ambitious, and still evolving.
  • Strong network. You have a strong record of collaborating with executives from advertising agencies and advertising clients across the industry. Experience understanding the retail environment and how Epsilon can connect and help clients.
  • Management expertise. You know how to retain great talent while attracting new rock stars. You constantly ensure the entire salesforce feels motivated, rewarded , and engaged at this key moment of growth for our company, and can navigate change with grace, confidence, and ease.
  • Digital media, technology platforms, and data expertise. The role requires a sophisticated understanding of matching client needs to our AdTech and MarTech solutions, leading with data, and the experience and ability to lead our team to utilize these solutions to grow revenue. A solid understanding of programmatic, both the tech and sales sides of the business, is required.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or any business-related field
  • 15+ years of leadership experience driving revenue teams.
  • Prior experience in the Media/Advertising market sector.
  • Comfortable and confident using technology as an integral part of the sales process, including Salesforce and lead generation tools.
  • Experience and deep knowledge in digital marketing, marketing technology, and data solutions.
  • Outgoing individual with high negotiating skills to be able to initiate and close business deals.
  • Product knowledge is critical for business development.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills- processes for understanding lead to close metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive strategy and results of new logos.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • High level of organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Leads team with accountability and passion to win new clients.
