Senior Manager of Sales Solutions

The Sales Solutions Senior will work directly with sales and brand leaders to build authentic and trusted relationships through creating sales solutions that can be sustained, grown and replicated within our Corporate and Brand clients' businesses.

Essential Duties

  • Translate client needs gathered through the sales discovery process to build real, executable sales strategies within company capabilities and product offerings
  • Build relationships quickly to earn trust and credibility both internally and externally
  • Manage multiple client situations in various stages in the sales process
  • Effectively lead communication to multiple levels of clients and stakeholders
  • Work with teams to develop high quality, professional proposals that include targeted customer value-propositions, competitive market-based pricing and corresponding terms and conditions that illustrate RevLocal's expertise and set proper prospect and client expectations.
  • Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviors

  • Ability to listen and ask strategic questions to uncover real client digital marketing needs through the discovery process with CMOs, decision makers and internal stakeholders
  • High degree of RevLocal product and systems knowledge as it applies to Brands and Corporate Sales to build creative sales strategies that will get results
  • Effective written and spoken communication skills and ability to flex communication style based on audience and content
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with both internal and external people at various levels in organizations
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to move opportunities from concept to completion
  • Ability to analyze data with a high level of business acumen and be a creative problem solver
  • Time management, organization, and attention to detail to balance multiple client projects flawlessly

  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or transferrable area of study
  • Experience in current digital marketing or business strategies
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with various levels of internal partners and client hierarchies
  • Customer care/service experience a plus
  • Job Duties

    Brand and Corporate Sales Solutions- 70%

  • Lead or assist in Discovery Calls for brand opportunities and for Corporate Sales Team
  • Assists on the sales pitch for brands & high priority Corporate Sales opportunities

  • Manages current potential brand opportunities that are in pod

  • Check in with pod strategists and participate in client calls to monitor future brand adoption
  • Participate in weekly Brand Leader meetings, collaborating with Sales, Solutions and Operational areas of Brand

  • Collaborate with RevLocal product managers to keep up to date with product functionality, driving ability to create optimal strategy for prospects and clients
  • Maintains brand supplier/partnership relationships
  • Attends franchise events, as needed
  • Manages the Brand guidelines and pricing structure (reviewed quarterly)
  • Manages the brand sales & high priority sales pipeline via Teams
  • Assists in a quarterly review of our brand clients with Relationship Manager to determine new strategy, pricing recommendations and adoption opportunities
  • Leads adoption strategy activities with Relationship Manager
  • Creates Brand Parent account in Salesforce & Requests Preferred Vendor Agreements (PVA) & Pricebooks, as needed
  • Sales Consultant/Leader Support – New Process – 20%

  • Manages Corporate Sales Guidelines and Pricing Structure
  • Manage Corporate Sales Support – Custom decks, proposals, audits, and support questions (Brands included)
  • Consultant Communication – Pushing out new resources, updates, etc.
  • Strategy/Solution Support – to determine best new strategy, practices, and for large proposal support
  • Manages Platinum/Diamond Club program and requests
  • Lead Solutions Specialist creates decks after strategy is set by Sales Solution Sr Manager
  • Event and Gifting Support - Corporate Sales, Brands, Diamond Club Earners - 10%

  • Higher level strategy, event attendance recommendations, etc.
  • Manages the event calendar and recommends event sponsorships based on vetting process
  • Oversees the entire event process from sign up to our post-event meeting
  • Assists in approving event sponsorships, logistics, and budget
  • Attends Events as needed
  • Lead Solutions Specialist (Abby) does majority of tasks in this area
  • Other
