Epsilon is seeking a Senior Director, Digital Media & Audience Strategist for the Digital CX Strategy Team
As part of Epsilon's Digital CX Strategic Services team, you will play a leadership role in developing data driven media & communication activation plans for some of the most exciting brands in the world. This is not your typical media planning role—you will utilize Epsilon's proprietary data and technology coupled with some of them most innovative minds in the business. You will build a team, partner with clients to solve their business needs and drive incremental revenue all while finding new ways to help push clients to best-in-class marketing initiatives. In addition to incredible data and tools you will have access to a team of best-in-class digital channel experts.
About You You understand what it means to be customer-obsessed and are passionate about developing best-in-class relevant, measurable customer experiences. You are results driven and let your results speak for you—you never lose sight of not just meeting client goals but beating them. You love digital and have a deep understanding of paid digital channels. You are both right and left brained-- you love data and know how to mine it to find those valuable nuggets but also can be creative. You are comfortable working with top CMO's or Marketing Managers across many different vertical markets. You thrive on your day-to-day never being the same and you have a competitive fire to push yourself to be better. You also have an inquisitive spirit to help clients dive smartly (using data and analytics) into the next big thing Metaverse, NFT's—Web 3.0.
