The Data Partnerships team at Epsilon is responsible for establishing partnerships with 3rd party data vendors and strategic platforms that support the EPC platform offerings, creating the proprietary Epsilon data assets that enhance EPC platform capabilities, and working directly with agency and client partners on how to best leverage Epsilon and partner data to achieve their objectives.

Epsilon is seeking a Senior Data Partnerships Associate to focus on managing the reconciliation process for revenue sourced from EPC Activation (aka the usage of EPC Audiences created with EPC platforms (Discovery, Prospect, Digital CDP etc.) for targeting in media advertising campaigns). This role will report into the Epsilon Data Partnerships team. This role will manage the process from advertiser usage reconciliation to invoicing, as well as reporting & analysis from which critical business decisions will be made. EPC Activation is an extremely important growth area for Epsilon, and this role will be playing an instrumental part in supporting that growth.

The primary stakeholders for this position will include Epsilon/Publicis Groupe Executive Leadership, Managing Director of EPC Data Platforms, EPC Product Leads, Epsilon Data Practice Leads, Epsilon Sales & Account teams, Publicis Groupe central teams, Publicis Groupe agencies, and direct Epsilon clients.

Responsibilities –

  • Reconciliation :
  • Serve as the primary associate responsible for executing the reconciliation process for EPC activation from a revenue and process perspective.
  • Execute automation for data ingestion and formula calculations to improve speed, scale, and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for increased automation for data ingestion and processing.
  • Design, collect and consolidate the data inputs that inform the reconciliation process and find new ways to optimize/improve the process.
  • Populate, validate, and finalize monthly revenue reporting for accrual and invoicing.
  • Support processes for vendor and supplier costs and payments.
  • Handle all irregularities related to inputs, reporting and invoicing, and proactively identify/resolve potential issues before they occur as much as possible.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Execute the development of recurring reports for multiple stakeholders and apply new ways to improve reporting automation.
  • Maintain all the business dashboards necessary for monitoring the EPC Activation business.
  • Run ad-hoc analysis to validate the ROI of investments and inform important strategic business decisions regarding data partners.
  • Collaboration:
  • Align regularly with Accounting, Finance, Product Support, Client Management, and other business units.
  • Support requirements for other teams to be able to fulfill their responsibilities related to reconciliation.
  • Provide input and feedback on a regular basis to inform the product roadmap as it relates to reconciliation and monetization of EPC Audiences.
  • Requirements

  • 2+ years professional experience analyzing data in a business context as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similarly relevant role.
  • MS Excel (advanced), MS PowerPoint.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded; but also innovative, flexible, and with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and positive.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and/or limited direction in a fast- paced, rapidly changing environment.
