The Role: Sales Development Representative – As the Sales Development Representative at Disruptive Advertising, you will help us find and qualify the right clients. The SDR participates in the earliest stages of the sales process, including reaching out to and qualifying potential prospects. Your outgoing nature will shine as you initiate and qualify warm leads, using your persuasive communication skills to turn connections into opportunities. Join us at Disruptive Advertising as our new Sales Development Representative, where your friendly enthusiasm coupled with your knack for following a structured process will be invaluable in our efforts to enhance client experiences.

As our Sales Development Representative you will receive:

  • Salary range: $50-75k dependent on experience

  • As our Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Qualify set appointments from warm inbound leads
  • Potential to develop cold call skills for outbound prospecting
  • Prospect from within company's CRM to find companies in need of Disruptive's services
  • Outbound prospecting to Disruptive's target ICP
  • Update a Customer Relationship Management system daily (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Transition into closing your own deals as you progress and learn the services Disruptive Advertising offers
  • Manage our inbound leads, host initial qualification call
  • Set sales qualified appointments for Account Executives
  • What you need to be our Sales Development Representative:

  • 1+ years of a proven record as a top performer in a sales oriented role
  • Professional written and verbal communication experience (will be communicating with Owners, Marketing Directors and C-suite executives on a daily basis)
  • Ability to listen, think quickly and respond to potential clients
  • Desire to learn online marketing a must
  • Computer proficiency is a must
  • Salesforce experience is preferred
