Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Finance – Pricing Operations, you will be a trusted
member of the Pricing team leading our CPQ deployment, ongoing management of
the software, as well as various other key initiatives across Finance and the
Sales Organization.
We are seeking an experienced and PMP (Project Management Professional)
Certified Manager with a unique blend of skills encompassing project
management, SaaS (Software as a Service) and Sales Process knowledge. This
individual will play a critical role in our CPQ Implementation, ongoing
management of the solution and other various Finance initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead cross functional project teams, ensuring project
goals align with strategic objectives
SaaS Implementation: Oversee end-to-end Implementation of CPQ (Configure
Price Quote) software, collaborating with technical teams, as well as
other key groups across the organization and ensuring a seamless
integration
Project Planning: Create comprehensive project plans, define scope,
timelines and resource requirements. Maintain and communicate project
schedules
Stakeholder Management: Engage project stakeholders, managing their
expectations and needs throughout the project lifecycle
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively
addressing issues that may impact project success
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality standards and processes
to ensure SaaS solutions meet or exceed customer expectations
Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with project
stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly
Change Management: Manage changes to project scope and schedule,
minimizing disruption and documenting changes appropriately
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project
plans, status reports and lessons learned
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement
within the project management framework, sales process
Qualifications:
PMP Certification: Possess a valid PMP certification from PMI
SaaS experience: Experience in SaaS tool deployment and ongoing management
Sales Process Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of sales process, with
experience in analyzing, refining and optimizing workflows
Leadership skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a
focus on motivation and inspiring project teams. The ability to
communicate with Sr. Leaders and Executives across the organization
Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically in Software
Implementation
Bachelor's degree
Experience with sales process and process improvement
Experience with creating PowerPoint presentations for a Sr. audience
Strong executive presence
Strong excel experience
Experience working across a matrixed organization in an effort to gain
consensus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced
environment
Strong inter-personal and communication skills including enthusiasm,
entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and a collaborative mindset
Recognize opportunities for continuous process improvement and provide
feedback to the appropriate team(s) to address identified gaps
Self-motivated and high-level of ownership
