The Role: The PPC Team Lead is responsible for developing & growing marketers who drive marketing results for their clients. This role will understand how to put together a platform strategy that consistently drives results by having the most up-to-date knowledge of PPC Marketing and what strategies are currently driving performance. This role will know how to do marketing math to make recommendations on strategy and budget optimization, while being on the lookout for any changes that are indirectly impacting results such as rising CPMs. This role will manage a small book of business themselves, while also being a great leader of people, and coaching their direct reports through using Disruptive's core values and personal development programs.

As Team Lead - PPC, you will receive:

  • As PPC Team Lead , you will:

  • Conduct monthly 1:1s and quarterly growth plans with team members to align performance with company goals and ensure they are aligned to the MVV of the company
  • Provide timely and up-to-date learnings on what's working well in given area of specialty– always driving innovation and best practices
  • Provide training & support related to other elements of the positions (communicating with AMs, communicating with clients, managing their workload, etc.)
  • Manage own book of business to keep skills sharp and assist in training team members
  • Success will be measured by achieving industry benchmarks and assigned audit scores, budget pacing, timely achievement of client goals, and team member retention
  • What you need to be PPC Team Lead :

  • 3+ years in-platform PPC experience
  • 2+ years leadership experience, specifically proof of helping employees grow and progress
  • Understand how to put together a platform strategy and have the most up to date knowledge of their area of specialty to consistently drives results
  • Hold all relevant certifications for each platform in which they work
  • Hands-on experience executing in-platform – driving marketing performance for a business or businesses (sales, leads, etc.) and with Google Analytics and/or other analytics tools and reporting dashboards as well as CRMs/eCommerce platforms based on specialty
  • Highly organized; able to perform tasks routinely for multiple clients without letting things fall through the cracks (weekly minimums)
  • Active listener, can understand what the client's goal truly is and understand what needs to happen in platform to get there
  • Able to see marketing as a holistic view and coordinate with other fulfillment team-members to ensure branding/ messaging/ strategy aligns
  • Able to run individual growth meetings with your employees & help them grow in their desired ways, while speaking truth with consideration to them.
