About the role: As our Amazon Specialist , you will be a key member of the client services team for our rapidly growing organization. This role is responsible for building and executing successful Amazon paid and organic marketing campaigns for an assigned book of clients. The right individual will bring a collaborative and goal-oriented work style, combined with paid social digital marketing expertise to proactively position our clients to scale their businesses. You are a relationship and technical-focused digital marketer with a background in delivering successful digital marketing strategies for clients. You are an “out of the box” thinker, who is undaunted by failure and someone who likes change and innovation while controlling the big picture. You enjoy managing multiple priorities, taking the initiative, possess excellent time management skills, enthusiastically leading win-win conversations, and exploring new frontiers excites you.

As our Amazon Specialist, you will receive:

  • As our Amazon Specialist, you will:

  • Partner with clients to consult on overall Amazon digital marketing strategies that create a win-win relationship
  • Build and execute a Amazon paid advertising funnels inside of Amazon Campaign Manager
  • Understanding of the different campaign types and how they fit within the advertising funnel
  • Define, monitor, and analyze trends in clients' KPIs
  • Develop an Amazon strategy based on client-specific goals
  • Actively test and analyze ad targeting criteria (keywords, ASINs, Categories, etc.) and bid strategies to drive results in line with clients' goals
  • Run experiments to increase product listing performance for Brand Registered clients
  • An understanding of the following:
  • The relationship between ACOS & TACOS
  • Paid sales vs organic sales, how to view each and how to leverage paid to push organic rankings
  • How to leverage a business's COGS to help identify breakeven and profitability scenarios
  • Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision-makers
  • Identify, maximize and present new opportunities for client growth
  • Create quarterly business reviews and other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities
  • Ability in creating storefronts
  • Work with Amazon support to resolve product listing, inventory, suspension issues
  • What you need to be our Amazon Specialist:

  • Prior experience with managing budgets in Amazon Ads of $5k - $50k
  • 2+ years professional-client strategy communication (written and verbal)
  • 2+ years experience of creating product listings, managing Amazon Ad campaigns, and implementing Amazon SEO best practices
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft or Google Suite
  • Experience managing multiple clients or business campaigns simultaneously
