New Hire Trainer & Coordinator - Sales

This hybrid role requires you to work in our Granville, OH office 3 days a week.

The New Hire Trainer & Coordinator – Sales is a part of the Talent Development team. This role has the important responsibility of delivering all new hire orientation for sales consultants via virtual instruction, which will make up 65-70% of their time. The ideal candidate will work, and build relationships with, Sales leaders to get new consultants selling within the first 3 weeks starting at RevLocal. This role will also manage the new hire training schedule, coordinate weekly Sales Essentials calls and run slides for the Monday national sales call three times per month.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating training programs (daily, weekly) to develop participants skill sets.
  • Communication with Talent Development team, course participants and leaders.
  • Working closely with training development team to update, maintain and enhance training materials.
  • Create program roster management, course scheduling, and support.
  • Assist with assigning LMS courses, assessments, and surveys.
  • Help manage the LMS as needed.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory, how adults learn and how to maximize and drive training outcomes.
  • Understanding of and basic use of instructional design techniques.
  • Able to identify needs and career goals to advise potential training and career paths.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This individual with be adaptable, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented. They will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to detail, follow-up skills, and reliability. Full understanding and usage of Microsoft Products are required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
