Job Description

Epsilon is seeking an associate to join our one-year Financial Development Rotation as part of our New Grad Program. The goal of the rotation is to develop future leaders in our Finance organization by developing a well- rounded view of corporate financial management. As a part of the rotation, you will participate in two 6- month rotations between Strategic Pricing and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

As a participant in the New Grad Program, you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career with Epsilon. The program includes a 8-week training curriculum, a formal mentoring partnership, various networking opportunities (speed networking events, leader meet & greets, group lunches and social events), and long-term career guidance.

Responsibilities May Include Tasks Below:

  • Exposure to two core finance functions: Strategic Pricing and FP&A
  • Support sales and client services teams to modify existing pricing models for complex non-standard deals
  • Conduct actual vs. “as sold” analysis to improve existing models
  • Conduct process analysis to help improve pricing operations and management
  • Work closely with the strategic modeling group within pricing team to improve existing pricing models Participate in creating, managing, and modifying a strategic financial plan
  • Reporting and analysis of monthly financial performance for revenue and expenses
  • Monthly forecasting and assessment of risks/opportunities against financial goals
  • Ad hoc financial modeling of new initiatives or business opportunities
  • International business experience with exposure to international associates and accounts
  • Qualifications:

  • Candidate for Bachelor's Degree, preferably in finance, business, statistics, or economics
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent listening & communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in a team & build effective relationships
  • Desire to learn financial systems: experience with Hyperion/Essbase, Salesforce, or Oracle BI is a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Self-starter with strong initiative
  • Excel experience strongly preferred
