Job Description

Represents Epsilon in assigned department by representing the Program Headquarters team and providing excellent support to the client. Also provides additional customer support to ensure customer retention, customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the country.

To provide Marketing Service Representatives with the tools and training to consistently meet or exceed sales goals by selling Epsilon products to Clients in assigned market area. Ensure MSR's are reviewing product results and recommending what is needed to enhance and maximize the program effectiveness. Manages MSR team activity to optimize support of assigned key customers. Works with Field Team in given territory to address dealership and company objectives with respect to sales goals and customer satisfaction. Actively participates in customer concern resolution and cancellation turnaround attempts, with consistent support and service to existing clients. Coordinates with Dealer Services team to resolves existing issues and determines solutions to prevent further concerns.

  • Primary client interface with each project managed
  • Creates presentations, sets up meetings and communicate with clients and account team
  • Lead in project planning and scheduling
  • Internal and external quotes and approvals
  • Develop pricing and profit calculations and approvals
  • Develop and manage launch and production schedules
  • Manage all project workflow with production teams
  • Coordinate outside vendor production
  • Pursue and process approvals from account team, clients and production teams
  • Communicate project status and changes with account team, clients and production team
  • Prepare data processing specifications and perform audits
  • Assist in managing the workflow of projects from sales through production and close
  • Ensure client sign-off on all phases of production
  • Provide proofing and audit of campaign materials and deliverables
  • Update client status reports
  • Assists in resolving problems with projects
  • Manage all cost tracking and ensure project is billed correctly
  • Process invoices and procure approvals on a timely basis
  • Process and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual reports to internal and external customers
  • Coordinate postage funds, request postage invoices and complete postage reconciliations
  • Prepare data processing specifications and perform audits
  • Ensure client sign-off on all phases of production
  • Update client status reports
  • Develop and compile competitive reviews
  • Manage direct marketing campaigns at appropriate levels
  • Serve as liaison between client and creative, production, and data
  • Prepare well-organized, clear and concise memos, conference reports and documentation
  • Track program results and generates response reports

  • Assist with the rollout of new sales programs/products by reviewing all material for accuracy and providing feedback for improvement.

  • Ensure that the Marketing Service Representatives are maintaining timely, detailed and accurate records in Salesforce.com of all activities, phone conversations, outcomes and any other pertinent client interactions. Other reporting as required by assigned Director.
  • Performs other related duties as needed to support corporate objectives.
  • Acts in the best interest of the company by applying stated corporate values and priorities to all communications, decisions, and actions
  • Responds to regional and corporate requests for information and follow up to support communication.
  • Compile reports and track progression of Marketing Service Representatives through-out each selling campaign that comes out in a given month for the entire year. Review progress during each selling campaign with each individual to evaluate them and determine if additional training is necessary.
  • Assist Marketing Service Rep team in setting yearly goals that are achievable by them and also reviewing their goals with them on an individual basis through-out the year to determine if additional training might be needed to achieve goals set out
  • Job Specifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of two years + in a sales position preferred
  • Demonstrated relationship building, customer support and client facing sales skills
  • Proven sales goal attainment in previous sales position
  • Strong analytical and customer service skills a must
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of clients and associates
  • Intermediate level computer competency
  • Comparable experience will be considered
