Our Creative team—made up of over 80 designers, copywriters, digital producers, and creative technologists—are all part of this digital media revolution, and we're looking for a Manager – Digital Production to join our team and make a powerful impact from day one.

The Manager is responsible for leading a team of Senior Digital Producers, Digital Producers, and Associate Digital Producers to deliver high-quality client work on deadline, inspires continued improvement in processes and workflows by keeping automation and scalability top-of-mind, and leads strategic initiatives based on direction from the Director of Production and SVP of Creative. You'll collaborate with other Managers and Directors to define and drive Digital Producer team goals and methods for elevating team skills connecting to overall business objectives. This role increases efficiency and the quality of deliverables by identifying and recommending ways to automate aspects of the work, contributing to the standardization of common tasks, and innovating new methods for executing the production and content management processes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will inspire and influence the Digital Production Art team to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external clients
  • You will be responsible for the performance, growth and development of your direct team and influence the broader Digital Production team. Includes: hiring/firing, leads direct reports and clear communication on performance, development, and growth.
  • You will initiate and lead strategic Creative Team projects to bring automation, efficiency, and production gains to the team from start to finish including defining a business case through driving to specific results.
  • You can effectively collaborate with cross teams: designers, creative tech, account managers and client integration engineers to support the ideation and deployment of flawless client work.
  • You will be involved in overseeing daily workflow and delegation, ensuring adherence to process, overall quality, onboarding and team documentation.
  • You seek continuous improvement: Analyze work process across teams and apply improvements to gain efficiency, cut production time, and improve quality of deliverables.
  • You will actively collaborate in team, department and company level initiatives as a leader bringing specialized industry knowledge, a proactive problem-solving approach and dynamic leadership.
  • You will be supported along the way by a stellar peer group and on-going focus on training to help you grow as part of the team.
  • You have the ability to effectively work and collaborate globally, across time zones, date lines and traditional routines.

  • Skills and Qualifications

  • Four year college degree or equivalent
  • 6+ years experience in Production Art or Design (or equivalent) in a digital agency, consultancy or similarly fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years experience leading a Creative Team
  • Experience with digital image processing (cropping, manipulation, and retouching)
  • Strong understanding of complex asset optimization, resolution/DPI, raster vs. vector, font management, file weight and other related digital production concepts
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people, provide meaningful feedback and manage performance
  • Demonstrated effectiveness developing relationships and influencing leadership and key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated passion for and experience in the digital landscape
  • Strong presence and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, Excel
  • Experience with HTML/CSS/JS
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
