We're looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

As our new Key Account Manager , following training, you'll be able to:

  • Understanding our customers' goals and needs to help generate business growth through a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
  • Understanding the customer's competitors and the industries they are involved in.
  • Identifying areas of opportunities to boost growth for clients and SQ Digital.
  • Ensuring that outstanding customer service & experience is delivered from the onboarding process and throughout the management and delivery of campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with the relevant SQ Digital teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Ensuring communication with your customers is constant, regular, and accurate.
  • Ensuring all documentation to customers provides actionable insights, is accurate, on time and in line with their business needs.
  • Positively representing SQ Digital at events such as seminars and networking events.
  • Continuously making recommendations to improve the workflow, process, and services within SQ Digital.
  • Knowledge and Experience:

    As part of our Account Management team, you will manage the relationships of a portfolio of new and existing clients to build lasting relationships and establish business growth for both our clients and SQ Digital. A focus on growth is key, with our targets keen, so a commercial mindset is required.

    Ideally, you'll have Account Management and Digital Marketing experience.     Other skills we're looking for include:

  • Previous experience in growing and developing customer accounts from a Sales and Customer Service perspective is essential.
  • Is commercial and results driven.
  • Experience in engaging with Directors and senior-level contacts.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Can deliver engaging presentations.
  • Takes personal ownership for doing an outstanding job.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Desirable but not Essential:
  • Have a good understanding of all aspects of digital marketing.
  • Experience implementing digital marketing strategies and techniques for customers desirable but not essential.

    Key Details:
  • Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • Holidays: 33 days per year, including bank holidays
  • Hours: 37.5 per week full time, flexible start, and finish times (part- time working will be considered for the right candidate)
  • Hybrid working: Mix of office working and WFH
