Hi! I am Logan Edgelow, Director of Growth Strategy at Kulin (pronounced Koo • lin), a digital marketing agency focused on helping build scalable strategies across all channels. We have recently joined the Versett group of global companies. Together, we will build amazing apps and products, while ensuring our clients launch effectively in the market, better than ever before.
We're looking for a Growth Manager to join our team - someone who is ambitious, understands social media content trends w/ an eye for creative, has an interest in eCommerce, and has the ability to work autonomously and within a team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day ad account management across paid social channels and Google Ads for 4-6 brands we work with.
The successful candidate will report to our Associate Director of Growth Strategy. This is a full-time, remote position within Canada.
The Opportunity:
What you Bring to the Table:
1-3 years of media buying experience through platforms like Facebook and Google Ads, preferably in the DTC eCommerce space
A strong understanding of digital media buying processes and best practices across ad platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
Understanding of creative strategy, landing page optimization, and common Shopify apps to improve conversion rates is a bonus
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively
Strong copywriter, with an ability to come up with creative ideas for ads
Experience building and working within reporting tools like Google Data Studio, Triple Whale, and Northbeam is a bonus
