At Victorious, we are looking for Enterprise Customer Success Managers who truly own the relationship with our largest customers. They know what it takes to keep large-scale campaigns on track and produce relevant results, act as an extension to our customers' in-house teams, and think creatively and strategically to retain and grow our Enterprise customers.

This role requires a high level of business acumen, organization, and communication skills. As an Enterprise CSM with Victorious, you'll partner closely with Sales to drive renewals and expansions and with our SEO team to drive customized strategies that are tailored to our Enterprise customers' unique needs. You know that large organizations have nuanced business models, and can translate customers' business goals into SEO outcomes.

THE ASK:

To establish Victorious as an integral part of our Enterprise customers' SEO and Marketing strategy that drives tangible ROI, resulting in long-term, expanding partnerships.

THE EXPECTATION:

  • Owning demonstrable and quantifiable performance metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and revenue retention, as well as expansion KPIs.
  • Identifying Enterprise customers' business goals and translating them into campaign outcomes
  • Developing and maintaining a trusted relationship with customers, including executive stakeholders
  • Meeting frequently with Enterprise customers to discuss campaign strategy and pivot as needed
  • Overseeing daily progress of service delivery - ensuring deliverables are completed on time, meeting the contract stipulations, and surpassing the customers' expectations
  • Advocating internally for the needs of the customer to ensure the best possible experience
  • REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficiency in managing Enterprise-level partnerships.
  • Past experience working with Enterprise customers to drive demonstrable results for the customer and growth for the business.
  • Managing multiple projects at once with a high level of service output.
  • Skilled in partnering internally on contract renewals, with a focus on expansions.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships, including with executive stakeholders, while driving action and forward progress.
  • THE "GOOD-TO-HAVES":

  • Agency-side experience, preferably in Search Engine Optimization
  • Knowledge of Pay Per Click programs
  • Google Analytics certified
