    Purpose of the Email Marketing Coordinator

    The Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and reporting on all email marketing strategies for the brand. The Email Marketing Coordinator serves to aid in marketing RevLocal to potential customers and current clients. This position will report within the Corporate Marketing Department and is not a client-facing role.

    Responsibilities:

     Maintain and expand current email marketing campaigns, including automation emails, weekly newsletter sends, sales templates, and monthly list emails
     Collaborate with design and media teams to request and approve all creative assets for emails sends
     Maintain and distribute monthly email calendar to keep team up to date on upcoming email sends
     Report out on all email strategies monthly and be able to speak to trends and performance
     Manage subject line strategy for all email sends
     Maintain RevLocal's CRM file including bulk list uploads, lead assignment, and campaign creation
     Support key marketing campaigns and initiatives within email platform

     Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment

     Organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize
     Basic knowledge of HTML a plus
    

    Education & Experience:

     Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications Preferred 
     1+ year working in a business environment on a team. Entry-level role.
     Experience working in an email automation platform and CRM platform; SalesForce and Pardot is a plus
