Job Description

Epsilon is searching for an experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will create and implement DEI programs and initiatives that will transform our workplace into an even more inclusive, diverse, and equitable organization. As our DEI PM, you'll also build and connect our Business Resource Group (BRG) and Employee Resource Group (ERG) communities within the organization and partner with Publicis to make a broader impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute the company's DEI strategy and align to the company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Team up with Human Resources to elevate recruitment, hiring, and retention practices.
  • Assess and audit our company's DEI efforts, identifying areas of improvement and creating action plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to make sure DEI goals are woven into our business strategies.
  • Establish meaningful partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, and professional groups.
  • Create, support, and lead Epsilon's Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that foster a sense of belonging, boost employee engagement, and make a real impact on our business.
  • Bridge the gap between BRGs/ERGs and company leadership, ensuring everyone is in sync and working towards our common goals.
  • Track and analyze diversity metrics, using the insights to inform future strategies and celebrate our wins.
  • Stay in the know on the latest DEI best practices, trends, and legal developments.
  • Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and networking opportunities that bring our BRGs/ERGs together, encouraging collaboration and camaraderie.
  • Partner with L&OD to design and deliver training programs that support our DEI strategies.
  • Qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of DEI best practices, trends, and legal requirements.
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for connecting with a diverse crowd.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing DEI initiatives that make a difference.
  • Experience hosting captivating training sessions and workshops on DEI topics.
  • A history of building, supporting, and connecting BRG/ERG communities in an organization.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and a knack for bringing insights through data storytelling.
  • A talent for building relationships and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, from employees to senior leadership and external partners.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping your cool and sense of humor.
  • A passion for creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environment that brings out the best in everyone.
