Job Description

The director must have extensive experience with corporate operation and communication strategies. Be relationship focused with an excellent understanding of what the business wants to accomplish, enabling them to think through how support functions can integrate with company strategy.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Liaison between Marketing, Sales, Project Management and Leadership Teams to ensure alignment of priorities with leadership expectations and company standards.
  • Manage department and Publicis Groupe relations related to strategic alignment, goal setting, and follow through.
  • Leads and facilitates integrated US & Global marketing strategies/councils.
  • Manage Team Communication & Education
  • Distribution of quarterly eNewsletter
  • Organize, plan, and execute department educational series
  • Administer, plan, and execute monthly department-wide meetings
  • Manage the development of department goals, strategies, objectives.
  • Build and foster trusting relationships with key segment & functional areas across the organization.
  • Leads and facilitates sales councils to allow for feedback and optimization opportunities.
  • Manage departmental staffing and resource needs
  • Lead new employee onboarding and mentor relationship assignments
  • Business Planning for Marketing leadership
  • Establishes & maintains program intake, priorities and team alignment.
  • Leadership roadmap ownership and alignment to functional team roadmaps
  • Monitor and report effectiveness of departmental tool and program efforts
  • Initiative prioritization & support for senior leadership
  • Coordinate across the organization, focused on marketing performance enhancement opportunities, planning, and recommendations. Providing strategic guidance.
  • Maintain a constant awareness of changes in the marketplace and industry; review & adjust strategic needs accordingly.

    Specialize in development, planning, and leadership; operate within broad objectives to ensure optimum use of capital, resources, and assets across organizations. Manage departmental activities, including planning, problem solving, staff development and communication. Execute function/area objectives that support continuous improvement. Responsible for special projects and/or problem resolutions. Provide effective and efficient solutions to complex business problems. Provide high level oversight and leadership.
