About this role :

The Director, Marketing Analytics drives the planning, development, and execution of Epsilon's marketing campaign reporting capabilities. Leading a team chartered with enhancing marketing's performance through measurement planning, sharing advance analyses and developing actionable insights. Epsilon is looking for a strategic, collaborative, and dynamic leader to lead our analytics, data, and measurement capabilities.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams. This person is a strategic thinker, who is comfortable developing new ways of doing things. Further, they understand that all marketing efforts be strategically based and deliver measurable results that align with business goals. This is someone who has a proven track record of successfully building out new teams and has an entrepreneurial spirit.

Director, Marketing Analytics responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the business alignment of measurement/analytics on behalf of the marketing teams
  • Represent the analytics center of excellence across the marketing portfolio, design and activate analytics approaches aimed to enhance campaign performance
  • Direct management of analyst(s); provide mentorship and coaching, oversee their day-to-day workload
  • Drive measurement plans and KPIs across digital platform work, as well as inform KPIs against various channels and campaigns
  • Organize planning sessions with key stakeholders to gain input on goals and executional ideas​
  • Develop scalable processes to support communication, documentation, and operations for analytics
  • Help manage lead tracking and ROI measurement within Salesforce
  • Implement and grow automation and dashboard capabilities
  • Collaborate with both front-line marketers and senior leaders
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years professional work experience in analytics that demonstrates increasing responsibilities and results. Digital marketing a plus.
  • Experience with digital campaign measurement and optimization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with and present to all levels and functions of the organization. Enjoys working independently as well as on a team.
  • The ability to project manage with remote contributors and stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
  • Resourceful, results oriented and collaborative team player with good follow through capabilities.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter; ability to be flexible and multi-task.
  • A working knowledge of analytic tools (reporting systems, dashboards, automation)

  • Applicable industry knowledge (media, advertising, tech, etc.).

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
