In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering analytical solutions for a variety of clients utilizing clients' 1st party and Epsilon- owned data assets hosted in Epsilon's Cleanroom environment. You will work closely with the Consulting and Client Services team with the goal to maximize client's utilization of the cleanroom environment to address their business and marketing needs.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Acts as single point-of-contact for Consulting partner for all analytical needs, helps navigate the Client Analytics organization and identifies the right team to support a given client need
  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert for Consulting partner on analytical solutions the platform supports
  • Responsible for sizing Analytics resource needs to effectively deliver against scope of work and manages resource allocations accordingly including team members in the US and India
  • Responsible for defining the analytical solution that's most suitable to address identified business need
  • Leads training sessions for client-side end users of clean-room environment
  • Analytics Execution:

  • Defines appropriate analytical methodology/approach to meet the client's business need
  • Responsible and accountable for end-to-end analytical execution including creation of detailed technical requirements that address business need, oversight and management of hands-on analytical work conducted in cleanroom environment including but not limited to

  • Validation and QA of data output
  • Adherence to established analytical standards and protocols
  • Timeliness of delivery
  • Reinforces rules for proper utilization of analytical environments that minimizes cost for Epsilon

  • Ensures proper interpretation of analytical output and aligns on correct positioning in client-facing materials with Consulting partner underscoring the value of Epsilon platform and product solutions
  • Identifies and advocates for automation opportunities
  • Participates in client-facing conversations when analytics deliverables are presented as needed
  • Account & Team Management:

  • At a client account level, oversees all client-facing analytical work products designed and delivered by Client Analytics to ensure high quality of work and consistent positioning
  • Collaborates effectively with internal teams including other groups in Analytics, Client Services, Product and Delivery teams
  • Participates in internal account planning discussions to build understanding of client's business and marketing goals and in collaboration with Consulting partner advises on analytics roadmap and raises new ideas to help grow the client engagement
  • Responsible for management, coaching and development of Analytics team members
  • Qualifications :

  • 10+ years experience working in Analytics role designing, executing and directing analytical work products
  • Experience working in AdTech/MarTech, Digital Media or related industry
  • Several years of hands-on experience with data manipulation tools like SQL, Python, SAS etc.
  • Master's degree in quantitative discipline preferred
  • Deep understanding of analytical methods used in generating customer insights to inform planning efforts, creation of target audiences and performance measurement
  • Ability to design and execute analyses using large record-level datasets, including, advertising impression, site visitation, and online and offline sales data, and to summarize findings into logical and defensible conclusions
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple different internal teams and build strong partnerships
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills including the ability to foster dialogue among internal groups
  • Ability to simultaneously project-manage several analytical workstreams from inception to completion
  • Experience managing and developing team members
  • Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience using digital measurement and reporting tools like Google DCM, Google Analytics, Adobe etc.
  • Understanding of marketing measurement solutions (e.g. Media Mix Models, Fractional Attribution)
  • Understanding of predictive modeling techniques
