Job Description
The Marketing Project Manager role within the PMO will be responsible for
managing multiple marketing projects throughout our lifecycle with quality and
consistency. Examples of the type of Marketing campaigns you will be working
with include go-to-market launches, Analyst Relations, Events, Brand, and
product awareness campaigns, etc.
Each project will require facilitating cross-functional communication and
reporting on capacity, bandwidth, and other key performance metrics. You will
work to coordinate the efforts of various marketing functions including
Creative, Product, Vertical, Operations, Analyst Relations, Public Relations,
and Events to achieve the goal.
The team uses Workfront to manage projects and communication, experience
utilizing Workfront in a system admin capacity is a plus. The role may include
working with back-end setup of layouts, users, forms, and templates; the
preparation of views and reports that allow for visibility across the
organization on deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Work with members of Marketing, Product, Creative and Operations to manage
campaign milestones and projects with creative or operations deliverables
– on time and within budget.
Example: Managing a go-to-market campaign that consists of content pieces across web updates, press releases, emails and social. Or a brand awareness campaign that will be include swag and events.
Keep the teams focused toward achieving the defined goals. Identify scope
creep and solve issues and blockers. Escalate when appropriate.
Example: A project is scoped to require 10 hours of work, but the stakeholders' revisions and additions adds additional hours and complexity.
Utilize Workfront templates as a starting point and build milestones,
tasks, and subtasks within an appropriate timeline.
Schedule and Lead Internal Team status meetings and send follow up notes
with action items accordingly.
Comfortable working with change and ambiguity.
Example: We kicked off this year with an entirely new process due to some reorganization amongst teams while continuing to keep projects moving forward. You must be comfortable to handle these situations.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Develop and improve process and workflow while establishing standards and
best practices for the Project Management Org (PMO). Example: There are
established processes that need to be adjusted per specific project needs.

of our business. You should understand and contribute.
Workfront system admin experience a plus:
Provide Marketing leadership with accurate and timely metrics via with a centralized view of projects to support the marketing campaigns.
Support Workfront adoption, usage, and training.
Build layouts and views that work for the different licenses and use cases.
Stay up to date on quarterly releases and improvements from Workfront and how they may help us.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
3+ years' experience in program & project management.

Demonstrates critical thinking skills with the ability to articulate shifting priorities efficiently and clearly with a Program or Project.
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams (Other PM's, Creative, Product, Executives).
Consistent follow-up and ability to plan, and alert stakeholders to roadblocks or solutions. When issues arise, be prepared to concisely explain the challenge w/potential solution to stakeholders, teams and executives.
Anticipates and meets the needs of stakeholders (across all teams)
Ability to analyze data and feedback from multiple sources to understand trends and drive impactful changes.
Builds constructive relationships with team members both similar and different to self.
Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience managing different stakeholders across an organization (Associates to C-level)
Confidence with sharing opinions/ recommendations teams, stakeholders, and executives. Ability to adapt communication style to various organizational levels from team members to executives.
Is an active listener and can translate that into healthy team building over time.
Experience defining, documenting, and deploying organizational processes.
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects across different campaigns and events. Effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Experience in defining, enforcing, and tracking key business metrics.
