Digital Marketing Team Lead

As the Digital Marketing Team Lead, you'll be responsible for supervising a group of digital marketers and also executing a variety of SEO and other marketing activities for the clients in your portfolio, including keyword research, optimization, writing, link building, social media, analysis, and more.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You'll be an important supervisor on the account management team, working to ensure the efficient and effective execution of digital marketing assignments for clients in many different industries.

As you grow in experience, you'll have the opportunity to follow paths toward management, strategy & analysis, or client success management.

Day-to-day work will vary; it includes organizing the responsibilities of others and ensuring work follows the outlined processes and meets quality expectations; training; resource management; executing SEO work and client communication.

This full-time position operates as a hybrid with an in-office component of 1 day per week (Thursday) in our Pittsburgh, PA, office.

WHO YOU ARE

You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience directly executing SEO work. This experience will include the following:

Strong understanding of SEO theory

Hands-on execution in core aspects of SEO, including on-site optimization and off-site outreach

Performance analysis via website analytics and SEO tools (e.g. SemRush, Moz, ahrefs, etc.)

Content creation & optimization

Additionally, you have the following:

A minimum of 2-years of supervisory experience

A Bachelor's degree in a marketing-related field or equivalent work experience

Outstanding computer skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, detail oriented and work independently

Comfortable with ambiguity - flexible & adaptable with a willingness to learn and ‘roll up your sleeves' wherever needed
