Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies. We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.

Designers will play a pivotal role in optimizing our client's digital properties to increase conversion rates and improve user experience.

We're looking for designers who embrace the impact of their work. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for designing, and implementing creative assets to use in A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other optimization strategies to achieve our clients' business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast- paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
 Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages, that are backed by data to drive improvement of digital marketing KPIs. 
 Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and hypotheses.
 Collaborate with internal teams and client teams to understand business goals, target audience, and additional data points to help with the creation of A/B tests and data-driven designs
 Design and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg
 Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
 Continuously iterate and refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcome
 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while communicating effectively with project management and additional internal stakeholders to provide updates on the status of their projects, respond to feedback, and ensure that their needs are being met.
 Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO and user experience design.
What You Offer
 0-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creatives.
 Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
 Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, Heatmapping, and experience designing for performance-driven campaign

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote-first company, you'll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to enjoy our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. For some positions, as posted, we will accommodate global opportunities where we have established businesses, including Canada, the UK, and Australia. For global locations, you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country.

This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication, must have reliable internet access, and a professional background.
