Job Description

The Epsilon Data Partnerships team is responsible for managing Epsilon's contractual relationships with strategic advertising & technology partners across all areas of the digital/advanced TV (ATV) media ecosystem. The partner contracts that the Epsilon Data Partnerships team negotiates are leveraged by Epsilon teams in the US. This person will report to the Senior Director of Data Partnerships.

In this role, the Manager will be responsible for fielding all internal contract-related requests as it relates to ATV partners. This includes ensuring that the T&Cs fully align with Epsilon & clients' needs along with commercial negotiations and working closely alongside with Epsilon Legal resources.

The Manager will play a critical role in adding new ATV partners to Epsilon's overall data offering as well as managing and servicing existing partnerships. This individual should have experience with managing multiple partnerships, including relationship management, critical thinking and problem solving, and best commercial practices for growing overall ATV data revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Epsilon dedicated Legal resources – understand the redline process, communicate use cases to Legal, responsible for understanding, interpreting, and negotiating business terms in every contract.
  • Implement/operationalize Epsilon T&Cs with direct ATV partners
  • Manage and maintain all ATV partners (15-20 partners) – amendments and adjustments to contracts as needed, overall relationship management, building trust, escalation protocol, and be the main POC for anything partner-related.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure our process for rolling out new T&Cs satisfies the needs of the Epsilon.
  • Act as a helpful resource for Epsilon teams internally and ATV partners.
  • Qualifications

  • 5-6 years' experience on an in-house legal, business affairs or media/contract operations team at an advertising agency or media company.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and strong follow through
  • Eagerness and ability to learn and retain new substantive matters quickly
  • Ability to juggle a high-volume workflow and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Self-motivated problem solver; comfortable wearing different hats
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities, ability to develop strong trust-based relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, reading comprehension
