Job Description

Responsible for the effective delivery of customer-focused loyalty marketing programs for a well-known Automotive manufacturer. This role operates in a very fast-paced and exciting environment and is part of a large team. You will serve as the day-to-day client contact for various programs, managing the project from soup to nuts including communication strategy, creative development, process and timeline management, program execution, and basic understanding of campaign performance. You will be expected to provide direction and manage internal creative, data, production teams and vendors to drive brand loyalty and customer retention. Program execution can span a variety of channels including direct mail, email, digital, website, and point of purchase. This role will learn from and work closely with the Senior Account Executive and report into management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development of project schedules in conjunction with the account team
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships
  • Traffics projects internally ensuring proper approvals are obtained
  • Assists with the development and execution of creative concepts. Reviews copy decks and mechanicals and obtains proper sign off from internal team and client.
  • Prepares data processing specifications and performs audits
  • Coordinates or Directs third party vendor services
  • Prepares well-organized, clear, and concise communications
  • Responsible for Change Requests to notify team of scope changes
  • Responsible for Alerting Management of any significant client changes or barriers that impact budget and/or timelines
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1+ years' experience in marketing or agency environment
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Able to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong knowledge of marketing channels with direct mail and email experience preferred
  • Good problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Able to adapt to rapidly changing expectations
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
