motivated and experienced Business Unit Manager to join their team.
This role will be located in Toronto and will be hybrid - 2 days in
Versett/PTC downtown office.
As a Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Manage sales processes and strategy, informing and training Business
Managers through changes as required
Generate innovative ideas to grow the business
Coordinate and manage frequent team check-ins and training sessions
Align business unit goals and targets with PTC strategic vision and
objectives
Represent PTC and our values in North America
Experience in people management
A high degree of initiative, goal and result orientation
Structured way of working
Convincing communication skills, negotiation skills, and confident
appearance
Demonstrates a positive and personable demeanour while maintaining a
professional and appropriate sense of humour.
Safe handling of MS Office programs
Business fluent English skills, French is a plus
Qualifications:
Successfully completed studies in economics, alternatively a commercial
apprenticeship with further training
4 years + experience in Sales/management
Strong interest in Technology, sales and management
Sales strength, customer focus, and networking skills
Tenacity, bite, and absolute will to succeed
Experience in people management
Structured way of working
Safe handling of MS Office programs
Business fluent English skills, French is a plus
