About The Role:
As an Associate Director, you will manage multiple teams of Paid Media professionals and will report to the Senior Director of Paid Media. You will support your team on paid media strategies for high-growth SaaS companies. This role will involve pace-setting management, constant collaboration across multiple departments, people management, and crucial client-facing moments.
Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and lead a team of Account Strategists
Serve as leadership support to client contacts
Drive referrals via client relationships and professional network
Act as strategy support and goal alignment for team and accounts
Uphold a healthy direct margin within your pod by reducing churn and improving client & team retention
Ensure your team gets to proper utilization in a timely manner
Never let your team drop below their revenue under management goals
Work directly with Internship Program Manager to understand Intern impact for your pod
Responsible for productivity and utilization of your team
Monthly Growth Audits to identify and assign growth strategies for each client
Work directly with Senior Director to ensure Departmental operational vision is being executed and ensure internal and client goals are being achieved
Owns the performance management process for Account Strategists
What You Offer
5-8+ years of experience in paid media
2+ years of experience in marketing for SaaS
2-3+ years of experience in managing teams
Proven expertise across multiple paid media channels (search, social, programmatic, etc.)
Proven and measurable success within multi-channel paid media strategies
Equal parts competitive and curious; you're a true problem solver
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
You're quality-obsessed and have not lost your soul for advertising

This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary.
