As the Account Management Department Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a group of digital marketers in delivering exceptional results for our clients based on tailored strategies. Specifically, you will lead teams executing on digital advertising, SEO, social media, email, and content creation.

In leading the department, you'll also be responsible for ensuring quality, driving efficiency, and effectively communicating with and growing team members.

    ABOUT THE POSITION

    You'll be an important member of the leadership team, managing the department with exemplary organization and accountability and contributing to the agency's growth and direction.

    Work includes:

  • Leading department direction

  • Day-to-day work will vary; it includes organizing the responsibilities of others and ensuring work follows the outlined processes and meets quality expectations, people management, executing work and client communication.

    WHO YOU ARE

    Your experience will include:

  • At least 5 years of department or team management

  • At least 5 years of project management

  • Digital marketing execution, with a strong preference for search engine optimization and advertising experience

  • Quality assurance
  • Additionally, you have the following:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a marketing-related field or equivalent work experience
  • Outstanding computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • The ability to work independently in ambiguous situations and shift activity quickly
  • Flexibility with a willingness to learn and ‘roll up your sleeves' wherever needed
