Job Description

The Work You'll Do

You will be responsible for leading a team, collaborating in the cultivation and execution of marketing strategy engagements and solutions that create business value for clients and generate growth for Epsilon. You will provide strategic direction and oversight for a variety of client deliverables, supporting leadership as a trusted strategic advisor. You will also ensure strong client relations, exemplary account management, effective project management and flawless campaign execution. You will be accountable for maintaining and maximizing client revenue in an ROI-focused environment, ultimately supporting our growth of market share.

You will support senior leadership as a trusted agency advisor for the Client. You will also work closely with other teams within Epsilon such as accounting/finance, print shop, development, creative, analytics to collaborate in building and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an Account Team to ensure flawless campaign execution
  • Develop/enhance internal processes for max efficiency
  • Regularly host/lead client meetings with support from junior staff
  • An ability to react quickly to market conditions and urgent client requests
  • Act as solution-oriented change agent that asks questions, seeks to understand and strives to help us improve
  • An ability to understand/interpret analytics & reporting
  • Strong financial skills to manage client budget & internal revenue forecasts
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the OEM's financial and customer landscape, current programs
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of Epsilon products/offerings
  • Create/lead strategies for new campaign executions (alongside analytics, strategic consultants, and SME's) using segmentation, targeting, channels, offers, messaging, testing, and measurement with a focus on maintaining customer loyalty & growing service retention.
  • Advise on how to drive client results through data-driven insights and program design, based on an understanding of marketing channels and how they interact
  • Create high quality, polished documents and deliverables using PowerPoint and other applications as needed and share deliverables and knowledge with clients
  • Support client growth by identifying opportunities and associated business requirements for new data-driven strategies, programs, products, and technology.
  • Participate in key client presentations and alongside the Senior Account director, assist in overseeing new client onboarding and performance review/planning sessions
  • Qualifications

  • Strong conceptual thinking
  • Excellent communication skills, must communicate across internal teams and with clients
  • Strong understanding of the creative development process, including accurate intake of client direction and clear translation for internal teams
  • Extremely organized with an ability to juggle multiple campaigns/deliverables at once
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, direct marketing & CRM
  • Able to build long-term relationships, identify new opportunities, consult client about Epsilon solutions that lead to revenue growth
  • Good strategic thinker
  • Self-Motivated, problem solver, willingness to step in and assist junior staff when workloads are full
  • Financial skillset to the extent of managing a budget, reviewing/managing internal financials, etc.
  • Strong management experience required, experience in managing a large team
  • Required 7+ years of experience, combination of employee management, agency/marketing, client relations/services, and project management experience.
  • Preferred 2+ years Automotive Experience
